VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 carrots, grated
1 lg. can English peas, drained (save liquid)
1/2 c. pea liquid
1 can French fried onions
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Mix ingredients together and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
