NACHOS 
1 lb. ground beef, cook and crumble
1 bag nacho chips
1 can chili (no beans)
Hot sauce to taste
1 c. chopped salad olives
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven, line a oven proof serving dish with nacho chips, standing some around the edge, layer first meat, onions, chili, olives and lastly the cheese into the serving dish. Place under broiler for a few minutes until cheese is bubbly and browned.
