PEANUT BUTTER OAT BARS 
2/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. vanilla
4 c. quick cooking oats

Topping:

1 c. milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/3 c. peanut butter

In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and vanilla; gradually add the oats. Press into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake at 400°F for 12 to 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Meanwhile for topping, melt chips and peanut butter in a microwave or saucepan. Stir until blended. Spread over warm bars. Cool completely. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before cutting.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
