ALFREDO 
1 (15 oz.) bag tortellini
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1/8 tsp. pepper
pinch of nutmeg
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2/3 c. grated Parmesan

Cook tortellini and drain. Heat butter over medium heat. Add cream, pepper and nutmeg. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 7 minutes. Add Parmesan; cook 2 minutes until sauce starts top thicken. Add tortellini, stirring 1 to 2 minutes, until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley.
