BEST EVER BROWNIES 
1 stick butter plus 3 tbsp.
1 2/3 c. sugar, divided
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 lb. can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 c. chopped pecans, optional
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 pkg. chocolate chips

Cream 1 stick of butter and 1 cup of sugar. Add eggs, flour, chocolate syrup and nuts; mix well. Pour into greased and floured pan and bake at 325°F for 30 minutes. Top with frosting when cool.

For frosting, heat 2/3 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons of butter and milk in a sauce pan until it boils. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Beat until thick and glossy. Pour over brownies and spread.
