SAVORY SALMON STEAKS 
1 lb. salmon steaks (1-inch thick)
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp. green onion slices
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese spread, cubed
3 tbsp. dry white wine
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. dill weed

Place fish in 9-inch square baking dish. Combine wine and onions; pour over fish. Cover.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Combine remaining ingredients; stir over low heat until Velveeta cheese spread is melted. Serve with fish.

Makes 4 servings.

Variation: Substitute apple juice for wine.
