1 (3 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding mix (kind you cook)
1 chocolate cake mix
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. walnuts

Cook pudding according to package directions. Bring to a boil. Remove from stove and mix in dry cake mix. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and walnuts over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Great with ice cream or whipped topping.
