EASY BROWNIES 
1 stick butter
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's syrup
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. granulated sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 c. flour

In large saucepan, melt butter. Add sugar, syrup, eggs, nuts, flour and baking powder. Beat well. Pour into a greased and floured 9x12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

While brownies are baking, make icing. 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 3 tbsp. milk 3 tbsp. cocoa

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the remaining ingredients and beat well. Spread over hot brownies cooled 5 minutes. More milk or sugar may be added for good spreading consistency. Icing should be on the thick side.
