OATMEAL JUMBOS 
1 c. butter
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dark raisins

Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy in large bowl. Mix in oats. Mix in combined flours, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix in raisins.

Divide dough into 12 equal portions; shape into 3 inch circles on ungreased cookie sheets. BAke at 325 degrees until cookies are beginning to brown, about 15 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Makes 1 dozen.
