PASTRAMI PICKLES 
1 (24 oz.) jar dill pickle spears
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 (2.5 oz.) pkg. Buddig pastrami

Spread about 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese on slices of pastrami. Stack 2 slices of pastrami, cream cheese side up. Wrap around pickle spear and slice into 1-inch chunks. Add toothpicks and serve. Makes 50-60 appetizers.
