CREAMY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 425. Mix ingredients. Bake these for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer. It is done when knife inserted comes out clean.
