GLAZED SWEET POTATO PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. cooked potatoes
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 unbaked pie shell
1/4 c. pecans (optional)

Mix cornstarch, salt and spices in saucepan. Add potatoes, syrup, butter. Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in eggs.
