EASY PORK CHOP DINNER 
6-8 pork chops
6-8 potatoes, peeled
6-8 carrots, peeled
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Milk, season as desired

Place pork chops in casserole or roaster. Slice potatoes, spread over chops. Slice carrots, place of potatoes. Mix soup with enough milk to thin. Pour over casserole. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or longer until tender.
