SEA FOAM CANDY 
1 lb. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 egg white

Beat white of egg stiff. Boil sugar and water until it spins a thread and then drizzle slowly into egg white while mixing all with an electric mixer on slow speed.

Continue adding the syrup to the mixture and beating until it is stiff enough to hold its shape when dropped on wax paper a teaspoon at a time.

When candy has cooled and is firm remove from paper and serve.
