PEAR SEA FOAM MOLD 
1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can pear halves
Sm. pkg. lime gelatin
2 sm. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. cream
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Drain pears, reserving syrup. Combine syrup with enough water to make 1 cup liquid. Heat to boiling; add to gelatin and stir until dissolved and cool. Beat cream cheese and 2 tbsp. cream until smooth. Add to gelatin mixture and beat until blended. Chill in refrigerator until partly set. Mash pears and add to slightly thickened gelatin; mixing well. Fold in whipped cream. Turn into oiled mold and chill until firm.
