BAKED HADDOCK 
1 1/2 lb. filet of haddock
1 c. frozen cream of shrimp soup or Campbell's shrimp soup with 3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
30 crushed Ritz crackers

Arrange fish in dish and spread soup over fish to bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. Melt butter, then add to butter finely chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and Ritz crackers. Sprinkle ingredients over fish and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
