1 pkg. regular cooked chocolate pudding mix
1 box devil food cake mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Prepare pudding mix as directed on package. Blend cake mix into hot pudding. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Frost if desired.
