SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE | |
1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1 instant vanilla pudding (3 1/2 oz.) 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. water 1/4 c. oil 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream Grease Bundt pan and sprinkle about 1/3 of filling mixture in bottom of pan. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream, vanilla and oil. Mix well with electric beater. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Turn out on rack and cool completely. FILLING: 3/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts Mix together. |
