BEST EVER NO-BAKE CREAM CHEESE
FUDGE
 
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. Mascarpone (Italian cream cheese)
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
2 (1 oz. ea.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts work best)

Grease an 8-inch square pan. Melt chocolate squares.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese to a creamy consistency. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar. Then stir in melted chocolate, vanilla and salt. Finally, add chopped nuts and mix well. Pour into the greased pan. Place in refrigerator until firm.

Cut into squares and serve.
