EASY CREAM CHEESE FUDGE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted
2 (1 oz. ea.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Blend cream cheese and sugar together. Melt chocolate. Add to ingredients. Add vanilla, salt and nuts, if desired. Press into glass dish. Refrigerate. When set, cut and serve.
