KING LOUIE'S FRUIT SALAD 
8 oz. can grapefruit sections
8 oz. can pineapple chunks
2 bananas
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 lettuce leaves
4 maraschino cherries

Open the cans of grapefruit and pineapple, drain them into a strainer. Put the fruit in a small mixing bowl. Peel the bananas and cut them into penny slices. Put them in the bowl with fruit. Pour in orange juice and lemon juice. Stir gently. Cover with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator to chill for 1 hour. Place 1 lettuce leaf on each plate. With a slotted spoon divide the fruit. Top each salad with a cherry.
