COTTAGE CHEESE BUNS 
3 3/4-4 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten

Stir together 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast and soda. Heat together cheese, water, sugar, butter and salt just until warm and butter melts. Add to dry ingredients. Add eggs and beat for 3 minutes. By hand stir in enough flour to make right dough. Shape. Let rise until double. Bake 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees, bottom rack.
