1 c. chopped or finely diced American cheese
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all together and spread on hamburger buns. Broil until cheese melts.
