RICE KRISPIE PIE 
1 1/2 oz. Rice Krispies
4 tbsp. smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp. honey
1 med. banana
1 pkg. sugar-free pudding
1 c. skim milk

Mix peanut butter and honey and microwave 20 seconds. Add cereal to mixture and press into a "Pam" sprayed 9 inch pie plate. Chill. Meanwhile make pudding and chill. Slice bananas and put in pie crust and cover with pudding. Chill and serve. 1/4 PIE IS A SERVING. 1/2 fruit, 1 milk, 1/2 bread, 1 protein, 1 fat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
