1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines with no butter)
1/2 c. oil
1 c. milk
3 eggs
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix

Combine all in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar either white or brown
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook to boiling point. Add 1/2 cup nuts. Let both cool before pouring over cake.
