CRAB SUPREME 
8 slices bread, cut in small cubes
2 c. flakes crab, imitation crab, shrimp, or tuna also can use chicken or turkey
1 chopped green pepper
1 small chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
4 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt to taste
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Shredded medium sharp cheddar cheese

Sprinkle 1/3 of bread in greased 9 x 13 casserole. Place 1/2 of seafood, onion, green pepper, and celery over bread. Repeat layers in order. Sprinkle remaining bread on top. Beat eggs, add milk and mayonnaise and mix well. Pour over ingredients in casserole. (This may be done the day before.) Refrigerate. One hour before serving, pour undiluted mushroom soup over top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour.
