IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Blend in blender for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth. Pour into a well greased pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped topping.
