IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease pie plate 10x11 inches.

Beat all ingredients in blender on high speed 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into pie pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 8 servings.
