QUICK AND ZESTY VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
2 cans beef broth
1 can mixed vegetables
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1/2 tsp. oregano

Brown meat and onion. Cook until tender. Drain fat if any. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Add 1 can water before serving.
