QUICK VEGETABLE SOUP | |
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 2 c. water 1 1/2 tsp. beef-flavored bouillon granules 1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yield: 7 cups. |
