HERBED TURKEY CASSEROLE | |
1 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained 2 c. diced cooked turkey 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can milk 2 tbsp. instant minced onion 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp. leaf basil, crumbled Dash of pepper 1/2 c. bread crumbs (1 slice) 2 tbsp. melted butter Combine macaroni, turkey, soup, milk, onion, and seasonings in a large bowl. Mix well. Turn into buttered 2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until mixture is heated through. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter; spread evenly over casserole. Place under broiler until crumbs are lightly browned. Makes 5-6 servings. |
