CHINESE SALAD 
4 chicken breasts
1 sm. piece ginger root, crushed
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. Heong Liu Fun (Chinese 5 spices)
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 pkg. Wun Tun Pi chips (crushed)
2 heads manoa lettuce
1/4 c. green onions, slivered
4 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 c. sliced celery

Combine ginger, soy sauce, garlic, sugar and Heong Liu Fun. Marinate chicken in sauce 10 minutes. Heat oil to 365 degrees and fry chicken. Drain and shred. Combine chicken with remaining ingredients. Toss lightly with dressing. Serves 6.

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
4 tsp. Ajinomoto
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. salad oil
4 tbsp. cider vinegar

Mix together.
