CEREAL SNACK 
3 c. assorted crisp cereal, squares or rounds
1 c. crisp Chinese noodles
1 c. miniature unsalted pretzels
1 c. unsalted peanuts
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
1/4 c. butter

Place first 4 ingredients in large shallow roasting pan. Place in 250 degree oven. In small bowl stir together sugar and cinnamon.

In heavy 2 quart saucepan stir together 1/2 cup cinnamon mixture, corn syrup and butter. Stirring constantly bring to boil over medium heat. Without stirring, boil 5 minutes. Pour syrup over cereal mixture, stirring to coat well.

Bake in 250 degree oven, stirring occasionally, 1 hour. Immediately spread out on 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture. Store in tightly covered container.
