WILTED SPINACH 
1 lb. fresh spinach, bite size pieces
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

In skillet, heat oil. Brown sesame seeds over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Cook until almost boiling. Pour over spinach.
