BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
1 or 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli or asparagus
4 eggs
1 c. lg. curd cottage cheese
1 lb. pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
Salt and pepper

Thaw and drain vegetables. Mix in other ingredients. Bake in a 2-4 quart covered casserole in a 350 degree oven.
