FLOUNDER FILLET A LA ASPARAGUS 
2 lbs. fish fillets
1 lg. jar pimiento
1 tsp. onion powder
1 c. chopped parsley
1 lg. can Hunt's special tomato sauce
2 jars or cans asparagus stalks
1 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put tomato sauce in bowl and add onion powder, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Set aside. Lay fish fillets on a flat surface. Lay three asparagus stalks across the fillets and place a few pieces of pimiento on top. Roll up each fillet and fasten with a toothpick. Place in a shallow baking dish and cover with tomato sauce. Bake for 1 hour. Serves 6 but can be halved.
