SUPER SPECIAL CHEESE PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. (1/4 lb.) melted butter

Mix, press and form pie shell in 9 inch pie pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

FILLING:

1 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. sugar

Combine ingredients and blend in blender until creamy. Pour into crust and bake until set (about 20 minutes) at 350 degrees and cool.

TOPPING:

1 sm. carton sour cream
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. sugar

Mix and spread on cool pie. Let pie chill thoroughly before serving.
