2-1/4 c. dry macaroni
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 (7 oz.) can drained tuna
8 oz. frozen peas, thawed
2 tsp. minced green pepper
1 onion, chopped fine

Cook macaroni as directed. Drain. Stir in other ingredients. Chill.
