HAM LOAF 
2 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground veal
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. horseradish
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk

Combine all ingredients. Bake in loaf pan in 375 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Place pan in one inch of water.
