TOMATO - LIMA CHOWDER 
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter

Dissolve bouillon in 1 cup hot water. Add tomatoes, beans, corn, onion, parsley, and garlic. Cover; bring to a boil, then simmer 20 minutes. In a jar, shake milk, flour, salt, and nutmeg. Stir into simmering veggie mix. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add butter and serve hot.
