1 bag macaroni
2 pkgs. cream of mushroom soup (instant)
2 pkgs. instant Italian dressing mix
1 tub Ricotta cheese
1 sm. bag frozen peas (or vegetable of choice)
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese

1. Cook macaroni as directed.

2. Combine all ingredients except Mozzarella cheese.

3. Top with Mozzarella, microwave until cheese is melted.
