SEASIDE SALAD 
8 oz. macaroni shells
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. dill
1 tsp. minced dried onion
1 (7 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper

Cook and drain shells. Combine with next 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, blend mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. Add to macaroni- salmon mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Pack into oiled mold. Chill 2 hours.
