SCALLOPED POTATOES 
Potatoes
Chopped onion
Any meat
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1-1 1/2 c. milk
1 can any cream soup

In roaster layer potatoes, sprinkle salt and pepper, sprinkle onion and layer meat. Repeat this layering until top of roaster.

In medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter, take off stove and add 2 tablespoons flour, stir until smooth. Put back on stove and add milk until desired thickness. Pour soup mixture over potatoes and mix. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours.
