SNICKER BARS 
1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. peanut butter

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts

THIRD LAYER:

40 caramels
4 tbsp. heavy cream

FOURTH LAYER:

Same as first

Melt and mix ingredients for First Layer. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate to harden. Mix sugar, milk, and butter. Boil 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients from Second Layer and pour over First. Melt caramels and cream. Pour over Second Layer. Fourth Layer is repeat of first one.
