EGG PUFF 
8 slices white bread
2-3 c. diced ham, bacon or sausage (sausage is best)
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. slightly crushed corn flakes

Lay half of bread in greased 9x12 inch pan. Sprinkle browned meat and cheese over bread. Top remaining bread. Beat eggs, mix in salt, mustard and milk. Pour over casserole and let soak overnight uncovered in refrigerator. Melt butter, mix in corn flakes and sprinkle over casserole. Press in slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
