CHILE EGG PUFF 
Serves 10.

10 eggs
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. (2 c.) sm. curd cottage cheese
4 c. (1 lb.) shredded Jack cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled
2 cans diced green chilies, drained

In large bowl, beat eggs until light and lemon colored. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and butter. Mix until smooth. Stir in chilies. Put in buttered baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
