1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 1/4 c. chopped nuts (pecans)

Mix well and press into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. 3 eggs 1 box powdered sugar

Beat eggs well; add cream cheese. Whip well. Put in sugar and pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
