CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deep Chocolate cake mix, divided
4 eggs
1 tbsp. oil
2 8-oz. pkgs. (16 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip and chocolate curls for garnish

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Reserve 1 cup cake mix. Combine remaining mix with 1 egg and oil. (Mixture will be crumbly.) Press onto bottom only of a 9x13-inch pan.

Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add remaining 3 eggs and 1 cup cake mix. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add milk and vanilla and mix at lower speed until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake 55-65 minutes or until center is firm. Cool.
