GREEN CHILI ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lg. can canned milk
12 corn tortillas
Grated longhorn cheese
Garlic powder & cumin seed to taste

Brown hamburger and onion. Add soups and canned milk, green chilies, garlic and cumin seeds. Bring to a boil. Layer with tortillas in a baking pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and cheese is melted.
