DEE-LICIOUS WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
1 3/4 c. milk (scalded)
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. olive or canola oil
1/3 c. honey
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
2 tbsp. yeast
6 c. fresh ground whole wheat flour

Pour slightly cooled milk in mixer bowl. Add salt, oil, honey, water, eggs and yeast in that order. Add 3 cups fresh ground whole wheat flour and blend together. Add 3 more cups whole wheat flour or enough to make the bowl clean when mixed. (This last 3 cups will have to be added by hand if you don't have a dough hook with your mixer.)

Knead for 10 minutes, cover with kitchen towel and let rise until double. Knead until all the air is out of the dough. Form into loaves and place in well greased bread pans. Let rise until almost double in bulk. Bake 350 degrees F. 45 minutes or slightly hollow sounding when tapped. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
